This policy covers the physical products sold by Medha AstroTarot, the handcrafted spell oils and ritual bath soaks shipped from our shop. Readings and other services are not physical goods and are covered separately under the note below.
In short: you have 7 days from delivery to request a return, return shipping within India is free, and any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is always replaced or refunded in full.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days we are unable to accept a return except where an item is faulty or was sent in error.
2. What Can Be Returned
Because spell oils and bath soaks are personal-care products, items must be returned unused and in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a standard return. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
The following are always covered, opened or not:
- Items that arrive damaged or leaking
- Items that are defective or not as described
- The wrong item was sent
3. Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns within India, Medha AstroTarot covers the cost of return shipping. You will not pay a return fee. We will share return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid method when your return is approved.
4. How to Start a Return
- Message Medha on WhatsApp at +91 9205402879 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your name, the product, and your order date. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Your refund or replacement is processed once the return is received and checked.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI or bank transfer) within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified when the refund is sent. If you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange that.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is the wrong item, contact Medha within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping paid. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.
7. Made-to-Order & Cancellations
Each spell oil is personalised and crafted to order over roughly 9 days. If you need to cancel, message us as soon as possible: cancellations made before crafting begins are refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, the standard return window in Section 1 applies.
8. International Orders
The free return shipping above applies within India. For orders shipped outside India, the 7-day window and our cover for damaged or incorrect items still apply; please contact us and we will arrange the most practical solution for your location.
9. Readings & Digital Services
Tarot, astrology, and psychic readings are personalised services delivered as voice notes or written reports, not physical products, so they fall outside this returns policy. If something about your reading was unclear, every reading includes a round of follow-up; message Medha and she will make it right.
